The concept is simple. Switch kick. Easier said than done! But with vigilance and persistence you will achieve consistency and then you’re well on the way!  It’s a muscle memory trick that comes with smiles and smiles of attempting the switch kick and succeeding 🙂  Practice turns into a new level of doing. You get in the zone and the transitioning from side, to side, to push, becomes a mantra just short of addiction. (to be continued)
